Information we collect

Inquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, service preferences, preferred dates and project description. You may optionally send a ZIP of audio tracks and project notes. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use submissions to answer questions, review requests, and improve the site based on feedback. A request is not a confirmed appointment. We do not sell inquiry details or use them for advertising.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare hosts the website, stores inquiry records in D1, and stores optional uploaded audio in private R2 storage. Uploaded files are used for studio review and are not published. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network signals to prevent spam. Our rate limiter temporarily stores a salted hash of your IP address, rather than the raw address, for up to approximately 30 minutes. Cloudflare may process network logs under its own policies. Studio email correspondence is handled through Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail. Access to requests is restricted to studio administration.

Retention and deletion

Unanswered requests are removed from the website database after 60 days by scheduled cleanup. We may retain answered project correspondence while needed to handle the project or meet applicable obligations. Copies in provider backups may persist according to their recovery periods. Email correspondence is managed separately. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing sldstudios@hotmail.com; we may ask you to verify ownership of the request.

Uploaded ZIPs are removed from studio cloud storage after 60 days, including reviewed uploads. Unfinished transfers expire after 24 hours. We may delete invalid or declined files sooner. Keep your originals; this service is not a backup. If we begin a project, working copies and correspondence may be retained separately while needed for that project. Your browser temporarily retains an upload credential in session storage so you can resume a transfer in the same tab; it expires after 24 hours and grants no download access.

Cookies and external resources

We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Cloudflare provides security processing. Fonts are served with the website. Your browser may cache site files.
